Registration and Fees

How do I join PYO?

The PYO season runs from September 17, 2026 to April 29th, 2027 with weekly rehearsals scheduled on Thursdays from 6:00PM - 7:30PM. Auditions and Registration take place in the summer before the new season begins. The process:

Register – Below is information about fees and the registration process. Registration Deadline: September 14, 2026.
Auditions – The student will be contacted to schedule an audition after the registration has been completed.
After auditions – You will be contacted with information about the orchestra you will be playing in and on the process for payment.

Fill out the Registration Form below.

Fees for September 2026 to April 2027 Season

Tuition is $700.00 per musician
Due by September 15th, 2026, and can be paid online, by check, or using the PEP scholarship Direct Provider payment. Payment instructions will be emailed after the application is received for those not paying online.
Please contact us directly to request monthly or semester payment plans.
Tuition is non-refundable.
