Registration and Fees
How do I join PYO?
The PYO season runs from September to April. Auditions and Registration take place in the summer before the new season begins. The process:

Register – Below is information about fees and the registration process. Registration Deadline: August 30, 2024.

Auditions – The student will be contacted to schedule an audition after the registration has been completed.

After auditions – You will be contacted with information about the orchestra you will be playing in and on the process for payment.
Registration Steps

Read the required agreements: Code of Conduct and PYO Consent, Waiver and Release of Liability

Fill out the Registration Form below.

Pay $50* registration fee.
Fees for September 2024 to April 2025 Season

Tuition is $700.00 per musician

Due by September 15th, 2024, and can be paid either by check, Zelle or Venmo. (Musicians receive instructions for payment in the acceptance package after auditions.)

There is an option to pay in two payments: $400 is due Sept 15 and $400 is due Dec 1.

There is a $50* registration fee paid via Zelle or Venmo at the time of registration.

Tuition and registration is non-refundable.

Spring semester (January - April 2025) tuition: $400 due January 15, 2025.

*Registration fee is waived for multiple family members.
