Registration and Fees


How do I join PYO?


The PYO season runs from September to April.  Auditions and Registration take place in the summer before the new season begins. The process:

 

  1. Register – Below is information about fees and the registration process. Registration Deadline: August 30, 2024.

  2. Auditions – The student will be contacted to schedule an audition after the registration has been completed.

  3. After auditions – You will be contacted with information about the orchestra you will be playing in and on the process for payment.

 

Registration Steps

  1. Read the required agreements: Code of Conduct and  PYO Consent, Waiver and Release of Liability

  2. Fill out the Registration Form below.

  3. Pay $50* registration fee.


Fees for September 2024 to April 2025 Season

  • Tuition is $700.00 per musician

  • Due by September 15th, 2024, and can be paid either by check, Zelle or Venmo. (Musicians receive instructions for payment in the acceptance package after auditions.)

  • There is an option to pay in two payments: $400 is due Sept 15 and $400 is due Dec 1.

  • There is a $50* registration fee paid via Zelle or Venmo at the time of registration.

  • Tuition and registration is non-refundable.

 

If there are financial barriers to you joining the PYO, please contact our administration regarding financial aid applications.

*Registration fee is waived for multiple family members.
